Fedor Kosolapov PR Kragujevac is a Serbia-based software development business. It operates in two directions: B2B contract development and an in-house SaaS product.

Contract Software Development (B2B)

Backend engineering for B2B clients, with a focus on Ruby on Rails systems where correctness and money are on the line: marketplaces, billing and payments, state machines, and background-processing pipelines. Typical engagements cover new feature delivery, fixing subtle production bugs, and hardening existing systems.

Product: M365 License Leak Detector

A lightweight, web-based SaaS for Managed Service Providers (MSPs / CSPs) that connects to Microsoft Partner Center and audits clients’ Microsoft 365 environments for wasted licensing spend.

Under Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience (NCE) rules, MSPs hold long-term license commitments. When seats go unused or accounts are offboarded, the MSP keeps paying for empty seats. The tool surfaces that hidden waste:

  • Unassigned licenses — prepaid seats that are paid for but not assigned.
  • Inactive users — disabled or offboarded accounts that still hold paid licenses.
  • Wasted MRR — the estimated monthly financial leakage across tenants.

It integrates strictly read-only via the official Microsoft Graph API using delegated permissions and GDAP, with minimal scopes and no storage of sensitive client records.

Status: currently in development. Coming soon.
